Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for the role of Chief Architect at Vinra Group(Linerman Architects-Subsidairy). The Chief Architect will oversee architectural projects, ensuring cohesive design, design spec executions and monitoring and technical integrity.


The role will include managing architectural designs, leading integration efforts, coordinating software development relating to design and systems, acertaing pricings and BOQ and supervising projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to business and client goals.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Proficiency in Integration, BOQ, Client handling, Out of the box design solutions.
  • Proven experience in Project Management and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset
  • Knowledge of industry trends, standards, and innovative practices
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, and registered Council of Architecture (COA)
  • Prior experience in leading large-scale projects is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
