Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Aluva for a Chemical Plant Operator / Fitter. The role involves overseeing plant operations, managing machinery, conducting quality control checks, performing routine maintenance, and occasionally operating forklifts. The Operator / Fitter will ensure plant equipment functions efficiently and complies with safety and operational protocols to maintain high standards of manufacturing and plant performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Plant Operations and Machine Operation
• Experience in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Skills in Maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues
• Ability to safely and efficiently handle Forklift Operation
• An understanding of operational workflows and attention to detail
• MIn 2 Years experience in industrial or chemical plants is an advantage
• Relevant certification or training in operations, fitting, or machinery is preferred
