🕒 Working Days: 5 Days Working

🔄 Shift: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Off

Role Overview

We are looking for candidates with experience in the travel or airline process to handle customer queries through chat support. The role involves assisting customers with travel-related queries, bookings, and service requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and travel services via chat

• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and travel services

• Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Maintain professional communication while interacting with customers

• Follow company guidelines and maintain service quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Graduate / Undergraduate

✔ Experience in Travel Process.

✔ Good written communication skills

✔ Ability to work in rotational shifts
