We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the IT/Software industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, hands-on experience in recruitment, and the ability to support HR operations effectively. The candidate should be capable of managing the recruitment cycle while assisting in day-to-day HR activities. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with technical panels and hiring managers
• Manage salary negotiations and offer letter roll-out
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees
• Assist in organizing employee engagement and HR activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices
• Manage attendance tracking and leave records

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
• Good understanding of IT roles and recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills

• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or HR operations
• Immediate joiner or candidates with a short notice period preferred
• Candidates based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate
