As the Vice President of Corporate Security , you will lead the development and execution of physical security programs across our organization, which includes 225+ resorts, 100 sales sites, multiple corporate offices, and one international business operations center. This role ensures the safety of our guests, associates, and assets while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and supporting an exceptional hospitality experience.

How You'll Shine

Security Leadership

  • Conduct a global security assessment of all company sites and operations and deliver recommendations to enhance security programs, systems, and protocols.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement authorities, ensuring strong, proactive relationships and effective coordination as needed

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with Operations, HR, and Facilities to integrate physical security considerations into business operations.
  • Collaborate with the Business Continuity & Safety teams to maintain and update recovery plans for security threats and other critical incidents.
  • Work closely with internal partners to ensure timely and accurate internal and external messaging during incidents.

Vendor & Partner Relationships

  • Oversee governance of external physical security agreements, ensuring contractual compliance and vendor accountability.
  • Act as the primary liaison for third-party security providers, including ongoing performance oversight and relationship management.
  • Lead the review, vetting, and approval of additional security partners to ensure alignment with company standards and risk tolerance
  • Provide strategic guidance on security partner selection, contract structure, and service scope across the portfolio
  • Provide training and guidance to associates on security protocols and emergency procedures.

Travel Requirements

  • Travel: Up to 30% to resorts and operational sites.
  • Work Environment: Corporate office with frequent interaction across all business segments.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
  • Preferred: CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CPP (Certified Protection Professional), or PSP (Physical Security Professional) - ASIS International.
  • 10-15+ years of progressive leadership in corporate security, physical security operations, or law enforcement. The ideal candidate will bring prior federal, state, or local law enforcement experience, enabling credibility and productive engagement with official authorities.
  • Experience managing third-party security contracts and vendor performance at scale.
  • Multi-site operations experience (preferably hospitality, resort, or retail environments).
  • Incident response and crisis management expertise, including coordination with local law enforcement.
  • International exposure (even limited) to understand global security standards and compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
