Job Description

Electrical Site Engineer – 110kV Substation Projects

Position: Electrical Site Engineer
Location: As per project site
Experience: 5–10 Years (Substation Projects)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle 110kV Substation project site activities.
  • Supervise erection, installation, and commissioning of:
  • Power Transformers
  • HT Switchyard Equipment
  • Control & Relay Panels
  • Cable laying and termination
  • Earthing & Lightning Protection System
  • Coordinate with TNEB / TANTRANSCO / Client / Consultants.
  • Ensure project execution as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
  • Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and materials.
  • Monitor project schedule, safety compliance, and quality standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
  • Attend site inspections and testing/commissioning activities.

Qualification:

  • B.E / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge in 110kV switchyard equipment and protection systems
  • Ability to handle site work independently
  • Experience in substation erection & commissioning
  • Good coordination and problem-solving skills

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,294.51 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
