Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Plastic Injection Moulding Quality Engineer (QC) with 3–4 years of experience in the mobile charger or electronics manufacturing industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes, quality inspection, and defect analysis.


Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections of plastic injection moulded components.
Monitor product quality during production and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify moulding defects such as short shot, flash, sink marks, warpage, burn marks, and flow lines.
Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and rejection data.
Coordinate with Production, Tool Room, and Process teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality systems, and customer requirements.
Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).


Requirements:

3–4 years of experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Quality.
Experience in the mobile charger, electronics, or plastic component manufacturing industry is preferred.
Good understanding of quality tools and inspection techniques.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
