Role Overview

The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the channel partner ecosystem to drive indirect revenue. This role involves end-to-end ownership of partner onboarding, enablement, and performance management. The candidate will work closely with internal sales, product, marketing, and support teams to ensure partners are aligned with company offerings, sales processes, and commercial policies. The role carries ownership of channel revenue targets, partner productivity, and compliance with defined sales and pricing guidelines


Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partnerships, or Indirect B2B Sales
  • Prior experience in SaaS, Telecom, Cloud, or Technology-driven products preferred
  • Proven ability to onboard, enable, and manage channel partners
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner-driven revenue
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in achieving revenue targets through channel partners
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners and stakeholders
