CEO/CFO + Business Opportunity

FICA Boost helps businesses reduce payroll tax liabilities through a unique FICA tax credit program while simultaneously offering employees zero-cost wellness benefits supported by the Mayo Clinic. Our program allows companies to save $640 per employee annually without additional costs or disruptions to payroll systems or existing benefits. In addition, employees gain access to free virtual care, prescriptions, and mental health resources. With minimal time investment, our consultants work with business leaders to implement this high-impact solution efficiently, delivering financial savings and enhanced employee well-being.

This is a part-time, remote role for a CEO/CFO + Business Opportunity position with FICA Boost. In this role, you will take ownership of high-level financial, operational, and strategic initiatives to drive growth and maximize opportunities. You will oversee business planning, build valuable relationships with clients, assist with the expansion of the company's client base, and play an integral role in developing successful sales and operational strategies. Collaboration with key stakeholders, such as business owners and executive teams, will be a core aspect of your responsibilities.

• Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management
• Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Proven success in Sales and client relationship building
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Understanding of workplace benefits, payroll systems, and tax-related matters is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
