Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot, as a CEO Support. The role involves closely collaborating with the CEO to provide operational and strategic support, coordinate and manage business planning activities, and oversee financial operations. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with sales strategy development, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Finance, with expertise in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Proficient in Operations Management and Business Planning, with a focus on optimizing workflows and strategic execution.
• Experience in Sales and Strategic Planning to support goal setting and informed decision-making for business growth.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry or prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
