Job Title : CEO Office – Management Trainee (Operational Excellence)

Location : Ahmedabad

Reporting To : CEO Office / Core Leadership Team

Role Of Overview

The Operational Excellence Executive is a high-impact, cross-functional role designed for freshers who aspire to build a long-term career in management, consulting, and techno-commercial leadership. This role offers exposure across sales, marketing, new product/service development (NPD), consulting delivery, and internal operations, working directly with the CEO Office.

The position is ideal for candidates who are curious, analytical, execution-focused, and eager to learn how businesses operate end-to-end.

Key Responsibility

CEO Office & Strategic Support
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives and priority projects
Support planning, tracking, and execution of key business objectives
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and decision-support documents
Business & Operational Excellence
Assist in designing and improving internal processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability
Support operational audits, gap analysis, and improvement initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely execution
Consulting & Project Support
Support consulting assignments across domains such as ISO systems, ESG, sustainability, compliance, and process improvement
Assist in documentation, data analysis, client coordination, and implementation tracking
Participate in client meetings and learn consulting methodologies hands-on
Sales, Marketing & Techno-Commercial Exposure
Support proposal development, presentations, and techno-commercial documentation
Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and lead qualification
Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, content, and outreach activities
New Product / Service Development (NPD)
Support ideation, structuring, and launch of new consulting services and solutions
Conduct research on market needs, regulations, and industry trends
Help define service scope, process flow, and internal readiness

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Commerce, Science, or related fields
MBA / PGDM (Pursuing or Completed) is an added advantage

Experience

Freshers preferred (0–1 year experience)
Internship or project exposure in business, consulting, operations, quality, ESG, or analytics is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation skills

Strong interest in working with AI tools and digital platforms for business, consulting, and operations
Exposure or willingness to learn AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools, analytics tools, CRM, or similar productivity platforms

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
