Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance React-based user interfaces
Design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs and backend services
Own assigned features end-to-end, from development through production support
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering standards
Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and technical reviews
Debug and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and database layers
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability within established architectures
Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, System Engineering, and Product teams for releases
Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and technical challenges proactively

Skills & Experience

6–8 years of professional software engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience with React (hooks, component architecture, state management)
Solid backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js
Hands-on experience with MongoDB including schema design and query optimization
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD workflows
Exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch) is a plus
