We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Centre Head to lead the daily operations and academic coordination of an education center while playing a key role in student counseling and guidance. This role combines operational leadership with strong counseling responsibilities, ensuring that students and parents receive the right support in making informed educational decisions. As the Centre Head, you will be responsible for managing the center's overall functioning, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring smooth coordination between students, parents, faculty, and administrative teams. A significant part of the role involves counseling prospective and existing students, understanding their academic goals, and guiding them toward suitable programs or learning pathways. You will also contribute to improving student engagement, maintaining strong relationships with parents, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction within the center. In addition to counseling responsibilities, you will oversee the center's operations, manage staff coordination, track student enrollments, and ensure that all academic and administrative processes run efficiently. The position requires someone who is highly organized, empathetic, and capable of balancing operational management with student-focused guidance. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, has strong interpersonal skills, and can build trust with students and parents while ensuring the center operates effectively. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the education center to ensure smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities
• Provide counseling and guidance to students and parents regarding academic programs, career paths, and learning opportunities
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or learning pathways
• Manage student inquiries, admissions processes, and enrollment coordination
• Maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive learning experience
• Coordinate with faculty and administrative teams to ensure effective program delivery
• Monitor student progress and engagement, addressing concerns through guidance and support
• Track enrollment numbers, student feedback, and overall center performance
• Organize student orientation sessions, counseling meetings, and engagement activities
• Ensure the center maintains a welcoming, organized, and professional environment
