Position: Business Development – NKlusive (Resale / Secondary Market Vertical)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new resale inventory (apartments, villas, luxury homes, investor-held properties).
  • Develop strong relationships with existing homeowners, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Source exclusive mandates for resale properties in premium and high-demand micro-markets.
  • Conduct market research and price benchmarking for secondary properties.
  • Generate business through networking, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and database mining.
  • Meet property owners to understand expectations and align pricing with market realities.
  • Coordinate with sales team for faster closures of exclusive resale mandates.
  • Create and implement strategies to increase secondary market penetration.
  • Maintain pipeline reports, inventory MIS, and performance tracking aligned with KPIs.
  • Ensure smooth negotiation and deal closure between buyer and seller.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development ( B2B ) Sales.
  • Understanding of local micro-markets and pricing trends.
  • Ability to generate and close exclusive mandates.
  • Experience in working in a KPI-driven and target-oriented environment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and build a strong network of property owners and investors.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years of Business Development / Sales experience, preferably in resale / secondary real estate market.
