Primary Responsibilities:

Accurately calculates and plans aircraft load in order to achieve a balanced aircraft.
Calculates load of aircraft.
Reports any issues regarding the load of the aircraft.
Plans loading of cargo on the aircraft.
Calculates weight and balance of aircraft.
Calculate load sheets using load control software.
Ensure proper communication and coordination with station and ramp agents.

Basic Qualifications:

Must possess a bachelor’s degree in the aviation industry.
Must be flexible and resilient to operations changes
Preferably with experience in centralized load control, airline operations, and ramp handling.
Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
