Key Responsibilities

Inspire & Lead

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-energy team of service professionals and associates.

  • Foster a collaborative, supportive environment where personal and professional milestones are celebrated.


Drive Sales & Profitability

  • Establish clear sales objectives and motivate the team to consistently exceed performance targets.
  • Analyze key business metrics and adjust strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee daily business operations, including budgeting, payroll, and inventory management.


Deliver Exceptional Experiences

  • Maintain an unwavering commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and personalized guest service.
  • Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and community engagement.
  • Represent the brand through local partnerships and events to expand the center's reach.


Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • Leadership Track Record: At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more in the retail, hospitality, or beauty sectors.
  • Goal Achievement: Proven history of surpassing sales quotas and building high-performing teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience managing schedules, compliance standards, and overall facility operations.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter who enjoys analyzing data and turning strategic ideas into tangible results.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional people skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and maintain high team morale.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure and remain calm while navigating challenges.


Requirements

  • Flexibility: Availability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Industry Passion: While beauty industry experience is a plus, a genuine passion for guest confidence and a desire to learn is required.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to $65,000 per year.
