Roar Education is looking for energetic and goal-driven individuals to join our growing EdTech team as Career Counselor (EdTech Sales-Online MBA).

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students and understand their academic/career goals
• Provide detailed information about UG/PG programs offered by leading universities
• Manage and convert leads through consistent follow-ups
• Build and maintain a strong enrollment pipeline
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Guide students in making informed education decisions

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Any bachelor’s degree
• 6 months–1 year of experience in EdTech sales (mandatory experience in Online Degree Programs)
• Able to work in a goal-oriented environment
• Excellent communication, persuasive selling, and negotiation skills
