What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end ML and DL models for production use cases
• Develop GenAI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Build agentic AI and multi-agent workflows for autonomous reasoning, orchestration, and task execution
• Build and monitor cloud-native AI pipelines on AWS, GCP, or Azure, covering training, optimization, and deployment
• Develop backend components and APIs to integrate AI models into microservices and production systems
• Source, clean, and engineer data, and rapidly prototype AI features into deployable systems
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and client teams, and take full ownership from concept to deployment

Skills We're Looking For

Must Have

• 1 to 3 years hands-on experience building and deploying ML/DL models in real-world applications
• Strong GenAI expertise: LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, vector databases, agentic workflows
• Strong Python skills: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Solid understanding of Transformers, LLMs, embeddings, and fine-tuning
• Working knowledge of MLOps: training pipelines, versioning, CI/CD for ML
• Experience building APIs or microservices (FastAPI or similar) to serve AI models in production
• Hands-on with prompt engineering and multi-agent system design
• Awareness of AI/LLM security fundamentals: prompt injection defense, secure API design, and data privacy in production systems

Good to Have

• Docker and Kubernetes for containerized AI deployments
• LLM observability and evaluation tools (LangSmith, Langfuse, or similar)
• Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) or other agent tool-calling standards
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms
• Computer Vision model development
• Cloud deployment expertise across AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization
• Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph API, or Teams/SharePoint integration experience
• Exposure to multimodal AI and vision-language models for document and image intelligence
• SQL and data querying (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
• Model serving and inference optimization (vLLM, quantization, ONNX, or similar)
