Your Role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas preferred).

Good PowerPoint creation and presentation structuring skills.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and candidate‑engagement capability.

Preference for candidates from customer care/support roles with experience handling customer interactions.

Your Profile

Total Experience: 4-6 Years

Location: Gurugram

• Engage with candidates through calls to assess fit, interest, and motivation.
• Maintain and update candidate data using Excel and internal systems.
• Prepare clear and professional PowerPoint presentations when required.
• Coordinate with hiring teams to manage interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Build strong rapport with candidates and ensure a smooth communication experience.
