Sales & Business Growth
- Drive achievement of area-level retail sales targets, including AUM growth and market share expansion.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with directions from corporate sales and marketing teams.
- Build new retail clients and distribution partners to expand the overall market footprint in the territory.
- Increase market reach and penetration across the assigned geography.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IFAs, distributors, and key channel partners in the region.
- Ensure consistent engagement, servicing, and post-sales support to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor through consultative selling and structured product presentations.
- Conduct market research and regular client visits to identify current and future market requirements.
- Plan and execute territory mapping and coverage strategies in alignment with the overall business plan.
- Gather competitive intelligence and analyze market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular MIS and data reports to management.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal governance standards.
- Support area-level revenue and profitability objectives through disciplined execution.
- Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in Mutual Fund retail sales.
- Education: MBA from a reputed institute preferred (not mandatory).
- Network: Strong, existing relationships with IFAs and distributors in the assigned region.
