Job Title: Campus Hiring Lead


Location: Chennai

You will be responsible for building and strengthening our campus hiring strategy to attract top emerging talent from leading universities and institutions. You will play a key role in shaping early talent pipelines and enhancing our employer brand across campuses. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution in a dynamic hiring environment.


More specifically, you might:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive campus hiring strategy aligned with business goals and workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier colleges, universities, placement cells, and student communities.
  • Plan and drive campus engagement initiatives such as hackathons, workshops, tech talks, and branding events.
  • Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle, including outreach, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and forecast campus intake.
  • Lead and mentor a team of campus recruiters, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and a great candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze campus hiring metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Enhance the organization's employer brand presence across campuses through innovative engagement initiatives.


External Skills and Expertise

  • 8-14 years of experience in campus recruitment or early talent hiring, preferably in consulting, analytics, or technology domains.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale campus hiring programs.
  • Strong network and relationships with premier institutes and universities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to design and execute creative campus engagement and branding strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from recruitment metrics.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
