As a Campus Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent to join the organization, focusing on individuals who align with PwC's values and contribute to its success. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with project teams to strategize effective recruitment and talent acquisition methods
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems to streamline candidate sourcing and selection processes
  • Conducting behavioral interviews to assess candidate alignment with organizational values
  • Managing campus placement initiatives to attract top talent from educational institutions
  • Engaging in faculty relations to enhance recruitment efforts and build partnerships
  • Coordinating recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization and attract potential candidates
  • Implementing recruitment marketing strategies to increase visibility and appeal to prospective hires
  • Analyzing recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Facilitating intake interviews to understand hiring needs and align recruitment processes accordingly
  • Liaising with hiring managers to validate alignment on candidate profiles and recruitment goals

What You Must Have

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 1 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • At least one of the following: a Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
  • Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems for efficient recruitment processes
  • Engaging in behavioral interviewing techniques to identify top talent
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for campus placements
  • Coordinating recruitment events and job fairs effectively
  • Building faculty relations to enhance recruitment strategies
  • Analyzing recruitment data to inform strategic planning
