Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Work collaboratively with recruiters to facilitate the recruiting process
- Interact directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling all phases of the interview process
- Create interview itineraries, facilitate travel, and coordinate debrief meetings with interview teams. Attend recruiting meetings as requested for specific hiring needs
- Monitor the applicant tracking system and provide candidate management support to ensure quality data is maintained and compliance requirements are met
- Source candidates and review resumes when necessary
- Post external job descriptions to select job boards and various career sites
- Prepare and send correspondence to candidates during the recruitment process
- Support the candidate background check process, as needed
- Schedule, coordinate, and assist with planning efforts for various meetings, programs, and events
- Work on Ad hoc projects, as assigned
- Bachelors’ Degree required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate with all levels within the firm
- Experience with recruiting systems/tools (e.g.Taleo, Linkedin) preferred
- Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner
- Ability to work collaboratively on teams and on an individual level
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
