This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Executive based in Hisar. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer support, resolving queries, and assisting users with emergency medical service bookings. Additional responsibilities include managing customer interactions, ensuring prompt issue resolution, and coordinating with other teams to provide seamless service.

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills to provide prompt and efficient assistance
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers
• Fundamental understanding of Contact Centers and call-handling processes
• Sales capabilities to promote services and address inquiries strategically
• Proficiency in using customer service software or related tools
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage emergency scenarios effectively
• Previous experience in the healthcare or emergency services sector is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
