Role Description The CAD Designer at Ouros Jewels is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for creating detailed digital models and technical drawings for diamond jewelry designs. Each day, the CAD Designer collaborates with designers and sales teams to translate design concepts and customer requirements into precise CAD models suitable for manufacturing. The role involves preparing accurate construction drawings, refining existing designs based on feedback, and ensuring that all specifications meet quality and production standards. The CAD Designer will work closely with production teams to resolve design issues, optimize designs for durability and aesthetics, and maintain organized files and documentation for ongoing and future projects.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills, with experience in jewelry or product design software.
• Candidates should possess Technical Drawing and Construction Drawings skills for creating accurate, production-ready design documentation.
• Candidates should possess Drawing and Design Engineering skills to develop creative yet technically feasible jewelry designs.
• Relevant experience in jewelry design, product design, or a related design field is highly beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Jewelry Design, Mechanical/Design Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Attention to detail, strong spatial visualization, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams are important.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment are advantageous.
