Role Description The CAD Designer will create detailed 2D and 3D jewelry models, focusing on diamond and gemstone ring designs that align with brand standards and customer specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing precise technical drawings, preparing production-ready CAD files, collaborating with design and manufacturing teams, and refining designs based on feedback. The role also involves ensuring design feasibility for manufacturing, maintaining an organized library of CAD files, and supporting custom orders with accurate and timely design outputs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring close coordination with in-house teams and production units.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills, with experience in jewelry design software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or similar tools).
• Candidates should possess Technical Drawing and Drawing skills to create precise, visually clear representations of jewelry concepts.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Construction Drawings and Design Engineering to ensure designs are structurally sound and manufacturable.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, a strong sense of aesthetics for fine jewelry, and the ability to interpret client requirements into practical designs.
• Candidates should possess good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with design, sales, and production teams.
• Candidates should possess relevant education or training in jewelry design, mechanical design, or a related field; prior experience in diamond or fine jewelry CAD design is highly beneficial.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications, time management skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
