Role Description The CAD Designer will work on-site in Radhapuram in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with engineering and project teams to develop precise technical and construction drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and modifying CAD models, preparing detailed layouts and schematics, and ensuring all designs meet project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements. The role involves reviewing project requirements, translating concepts into accurate visual representations, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve design issues and incorporate feedback. The CAD Designer will also maintain drawing documentation, support design updates throughout the project lifecycle, and contribute to process improvements and best practices in design workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Technical Drawing and Drawing, with the ability to visualize and communicate design concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and workflows, including 2D and 3D modeling.
• Experience creating and interpreting Construction Drawings for engineering or architectural projects.
• Background in Design Engineering, with understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and structural considerations.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical, Civil, Design Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and best practices; prior on-site project experience is an advantage.
