Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Muvattupuzha. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to increase brand awareness and engagement for clients. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, optimizing campaigns based on performance data, and coordinating with designers and writers to ensure cohesive messaging. The role also involves monitoring web analytics, preparing performance reports, and recommending adjustments to improve reach, conversions, and ROI. The specialist will collaborate with account managers and clients to understand campaign goals and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of digital initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to track performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients and to present campaign strategies and results clearly.
  • Relevant experience in managing brand-focused digital campaigns, content planning, and basic knowledge of SEO and paid advertising (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics), and design collaboration tools is an advantage.
  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing, is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Muvattupuzha, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced creative agency environment.
