Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Designer based in Gurugram. The 3D Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and creating 3D visuals for events. Daily tasks include developing 3D models, designing event lighting setups, collaborating with the graphic design , and ensuring all designs meet project requirements and deadlines. The role requires close coordination with the event team to deliver high-quality visual concepts.

You should be confident in 3ds Max, with solid texturing, lighting, and rendering skills. Bonus if you're also comfortable with modern real-time engines like D5 Render, Lumion, or Unreal. You’ll work on high-impact experiential projects from concept visualisation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3D Design and 3D Modelling - 3Ds Max
• Experience in designing Lighting setups
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in event design or similar industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., 3DS Max, Maya, D5, SketchUp, or equivalent)
• Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred

Preferred Experience

• Minimum experience of 2–5 years in an event, exhibition, experiential marketing, or retail design agency.
• Prior experience in designing exhibition booths, event stages, pavilions, and brand experience centres is strongly preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing event and exhibition design projects.
