Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Asset Management, you will implement and support the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution and related add-ons. This role requires a deep understanding of asset management, consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to achieve the client's business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Implement EAM Solution: Implement and support the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution and related add-ons to meet client business needs. This involves integrating packaged technology and APIs into the client's business environment to achieve desired business results.
Integrate Packaged Technology: Effectively integrate packaged technology and APIs into the client's business environment to support business objectives. This requires a deep understanding of asset management, consulting skills, and business knowledge.
Apply Domain Knowledge: Apply asset management domain knowledge to support the implementation and support of the EAM solution. This involves leveraging expertise in asset management to achieve client business objectives.
Deliver Solution Expertise: Deliver packaged solution expertise to support the implementation and support of the EAM solution. This involves applying knowledge of packaged solutions to meet client business needs.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Exposure to Asset Management: Experience working with asset management principles, practices, and technologies, including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions and related add-ons.
Packaged Solution Expertise: Exposure to implementing and supporting packaged solutions, including integrating technology and APIs into business environments to achieve desired results.
Consulting Skills: Experience working with clients to understand business needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs, leveraging consulting skills and business knowledge.
Business Knowledge: Exposure to business operations and processes, including understanding how asset management solutions can support business objectives.
Technical Integration: Experience working with technical integrations, including integrating packaged technology and APIs into business environments to support business objectives.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Asset Management Knowledge: Exposure to asset management principles, practices, and technologies beyond Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions is beneficial. This includes understanding asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and asset performance management.
Technical Integration Expertise: Experience with technical integrations, including integrating packaged technology and APIs into business environments, is advantageous. This involves understanding data mapping, interface development, and system testing.
Business Operations Understanding: Exposure to business operations and processes, including understanding how asset management solutions can support business objectives, is desirable. This involves understanding business functions, such as finance, logistics, and supply chain management.
