Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Logistics Supervisor. The Logistics Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage logistics staff, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and ensure inventory accuracy. The role involves ensuring efficient and timely delivery processes, maintaining quality customer service, and implementing best practices in logistics operations. The candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals and resolve any logistical challenges.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Supervisory Skills for effectively leading teams and ensuring productivity.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Inventory Management for overseeing logistics processes and ensuring accuracy in goods handling.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with stakeholders and address client needs effectively.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset for optimizing logistics operations.
• A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
