Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Fort Mitchell, KY, for a Business-to-Business (B2B) Commercial Van Salesperson. In this role, you will manage sales activities for commercial vans, cultivate relationships with business clients, and deliver tailored vehicle solutions to meet their needs. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with current business accounts, presenting vehicle options, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless transactions. Providing exceptional and professional service will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, B2B sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in understanding customer needs, market dynamics, and commercial vehicle specifications
• Ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of digital tools for CRM, sales tracking, and reporting
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Prior knowledge or experience with commercial vehicles is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
