Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Officer to promote our dermatological products in the Ahmedabad region. The role involves developing relationships with healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and ensuring market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell dermatology products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare providers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain comprehensive activity reports.
- Participate in CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), product demonstrations, and promotional events.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Preferred)
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in pharmaceutical sales
- Specialization: Experience in dermatology segment is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
