Role Description

The Business Sales Executive will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Meerut, allowing partial work from home flexibility. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, managing accounts, delivering excellent customer service, and executing effective sales strategies. Key tasks include pitching tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to foster and maintain client relationships
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, achieve sales targets, and work in a hybrid environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a sales or business development role is highly desirable
