Role Description

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the key point of contact for assisting customers and addressing their needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida Sector 57 (Delhi NCR), India.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a high standard of customer service across communication channels, act as an advocate for customers, and escalate critical cases when necessary.


Qualifications

  • Looking for Freshers with Good Communication Skill
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Experience in Customer Service Management is a plus
  • Ability to resolve issues promptly with a focus on customer needs
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
