Headsup B2B is looking for a Business Manager – Sales to drive B2B business development across industrial and construction product categories such as steel, sheet metal, fabricated components, and raw materials. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, conducting site visits, and handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Headsup B2B is looking for a Business Manager – Sales to drive B2B business development across industrial and construction product categories such as steel, sheet metal, fabricated components, and raw materials. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, conducting site visits, and handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and build relationships with manufacturers, fabricators, contractors, EPC companies, and project stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including lead qualification, quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
- Conduct regular client and project site visits to understand requirements and drive business.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Supply teams for seamless order execution.
- Monitor construction and infrastructure projects, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasts, and achieve assigned revenue targets.

- Knowledge of Industrial & Construction Materials (Steel, TMT, Structural Steel, Sheet Metal, Fabricated Components)
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Candidates from Manufacturing, Sheet Metal, Steel, Industrial Products, Auto, Building Materials, or Construction industries will be preferred.
- Experience working with contractors, fabricators, transporters, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field and site visits.
