Program Overview
As a Business Management Trainee, you will undergo a structured 3 months rotational program across key business functions. The program is designed to groom future leaders by giving you end-to-end exposure to strategy, operations, growth, and cross-functional leadership.You’ll work directly with senior leaders on high-impact projects, solve real business challenges, and contribute to scaling the company.
What You’ll Do
- Rotate across business verticals (Strategy, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, People Ops, Finance).
- Lead mini-projects with measurable outcomes under each vertical.
- Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and execute GTM initiatives.
- Analyze business performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Bring in fresh perspectives and propose innovative solutions for growth and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Final year students / recent graduates from Tier-1 institutions (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, IITs, FMS, etc.).
- Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in business/strategy.
- Excellent problem-solving & analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute.
