Role Overview:

We are looking for a 0→1 business leader to build and scale a new undergraduate-focused vertical from scratch.

This is a founder’s mindset role, you will own the entire lifecycle from identifying opportunity spaces to building a ₹200 Cr+ high-margin business within 3 years.

You will operate as a mini-CEO, with full ownership of product, growth, partnerships, and P&L.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Creation & Segmentation

  • Identify high-potential undergraduate segments across campuses in India.
  • Build differentiated, outcome-driven skilling programs.


Product & Delivery

  • Design scalable, high-quality, and affordable learning experiences.
  • Build delivery models that balance scale, cost-efficiency, and learner outcomes.


Growth & Customer Acquisition

  • Develop non-linear, innovative acquisition strategies (beyond inside sales).
  • Build scalable growth engines via partnerships, product-led growth, and distribution.


Ecosystem Building

  • Establish strong industry and university partnerships.
  • Create a robust placements & outcomes engine.


Business Ownership

  • Own end-to-end P&L, growth, and profitability.
  • Scale the business to ₹200 Cr+ revenue with strong margins.


Must-Have (Non-Negotiables)

  • Proven experience in building 0→1 businesses in consumer internet / edtech.
  • Strong track record of innovative customer acquisition.
  • Experience scaling products or businesses from scratch to meaningful revenue.
  • High ownership mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity.
  • Inside sales-heavy backgrounds will NOT be considered.


Preferred Profile:

  • Tier-1 pedigree (IIT / IIM / top global institutions).
  • Experience in: Consumer growth / product-led growth or Edtech, skilling, or early-career ecosystem, or Category creation or new business incubation.


What Success Looks Like

  • Built a category-defining undergraduate skilling business.
  • Created a scalable acquisition + delivery engine.
  • Delivered strong learner outcomes (placements, ROI).
  • Achieved ₹200 Cr+ revenue with sustainable margins within 3 years.
