We are seeking a highly driven Manager – IT Salesforce Sales to lead enterprise sales initiatives focused on CRM solutions built on the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B SaaS/IT sales, managing enterprise accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic solution selling.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end sales of Salesforce-based CRM solutions and IT services
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise business opportunities
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CMO, Sales Heads)
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design customer-centric solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems


🧠 Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT Sales / SaaS Sales / Enterprise Software Sales
  • Strong experience selling CRM or Salesforce ecosystem solutions
  • Understanding of CRM processes, digital transformation, and cloud solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage with senior leadership and decision-makers
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, technical, delivery)
