This role blends Sales + Cross-Sell + Up-Sell + Client Relationship Management, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy building value across multiple product lines.
πΆ Key Responsibilities
π― Sales & Business Growth
- Identify, pitch, and convert prospects across insurance & composite product verticals.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across PrishaPolicy, JRD, and Vaatun.
- Track performance metrics, build pipelines, and meet growth targets.
π€ Client Relationship & Service Excellence
- Be the single point of contact for client queries, renewals, onboarding & support.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate communication, and transparent service delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and trust.
π Multi-Entity Coordination
- Seamlessly manage tasks across all three business entities as per need.
- Work closely with the operations, claims, and finance teams for smooth service.
π Industry Knowledge & Expertise
- Stay updated with trends, regulations, product developments, and market dynamics.
- Provide consultative guidance to customers based on real insights and domain depth.
πΆ What Weβre Looking For
- Experience: 1β4 years in Sales, Insurance, Financial Products, or related service industries.
- Communication: Clear, confident, and client-friendly.
- Industry Awareness: Must know their domain deeplyβnot surface-level knowledge.
- Energy & Ownership: People who take initiative and love solving customer problems.
- Tech-friendly: Comfortable with CRM tools, HRMS, customer portals, and digital workflows.
