Position Overview

We are looking for a senior, commercially driven Business Development Executive to drive growth across Managed Services, Azure Cloud, Cybersecurity, ERP/CRM, Unified Communications, and Business Automation offerings.

This is a strategic sales role, owning the entire sales lifecycle and engaging directly with international (Australian) clients.

Key Responsibilities

Full Sales Lifecycle

  • Own end-to-end sales: lead generation, outreach, qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking using CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Business Development

  • Identify and close new opportunities in SME and mid-market segments
  • Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, IT Managers, and decision-makers
  • Drive Managed Services contracts and Cloud migration projects

Client Engagement

  • Conduct discovery calls, solution presentations, and executive discussions with overseas clients
  • Build long-term consultative relationships
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Proposals & Presentations

  • Create professional proposals and commercial quotations
  • Present ROI-driven, value-focused solutions
  • Translate technical solutions into clear business benefits
Key Requirements

Experience

  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services / MSP / Cloud / ERP / Cybersecurity / SaaS
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals
  • Strong experience managing the full sales cycle independently

Knowledge

  • Managed IT Services
  • Microsoft 365 & Azure
  • Cybersecurity solutions
  • ERP / CRM systems
  • Business automation platforms

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable working with international clients
  • CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Target-driven and commercially focused
Good to Have
  • Experience working with Australian or overseas clients
  • Understanding of MSP tools (RMM, PSA)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Partner ecosystem
