Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and drive key metrics to improve revenue and margins for major accounts.

• Analysis of monthly MIS reports and provide insights on business performance, forecasting and projections.

• Work with delivery, operations, and sales teams to implement margin improvement initiatives.

• Support invoicing, collections and business review activities for the Digital Customer Experience business.

• Assist in annual business planning and coordinate financial numbers across business, delivery and finance teams.

• Evaluate investment proposals and business cases with stakeholders.

• Help in automate financial and operational tasks.

• Handle ad hoc analytical and reporting requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Semi-qualified CA /B.com/ M.com with strong analytical skills.

• Experience in financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, forecasting and budgeting.

• Hands on of monthly MIS reporting
