Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Trainee and Marketing Trainee. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and building client relationships. Additional tasks include managing social media marketing campaigns, supporting sales efforts, and participating in training sessions to enhance skill sets and align with organizational goals.
Salary:15,000

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Marketing and Social Media Marketing experience to design and implement effective campaigns
• Experience or interest in Training to develop and expand expertise in relevant areas
• Sales skills to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and build long-lasting client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic, team-based environment
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new market trends and business strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
