Position Description:


The Business Development Representative’s primary focus is identifying and engaging C-level executives at companies of all sizes across multiple industries by phone. This position suits someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to earn. Knowing how to navigate complex organizational structures to identify and reach decision-makers is a major advantage. You’ll receive a base salary plus an uncapped, performance-based commission plan, and you’ll have clear paths for professional growth. This role is a critical part of the team selling process.


MUST HAVE’s:


· High energy, coachable, competitive, and team-oriented approach.

· Previous experience in business-to-business sales (entry level to experienced).

· Successful track record of new-business prospecting and sales.

· Familiarity with CRM platforms.

· Ability to build rapport and communicate assertively with C-level executives.

· Strong negotiation skills.

· Deadline- and detail-oriented with the ability to meet multiple sales metrics.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not required with relevant sales experience).


Salary Range: Base salary plus bonuses and uncapped commissions. On-target earnings (first year): $70,000 – $139,000.
