📌 Position: Business Development Associate

📍 Location: 2nd Floor, 5, 14th A Main Rd, Sector 4, HSR Layout, Bengaluru – 560102

🕒 On-the-Job Training (OJT): 10 Days (Unpaid, prior to probation)

📅 Probation (3 Months): ₹15,000 + ₹10,000 Variable

💼 Post-Probation CTC: ₹6.5 LPA (₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹2.5 LPA Variable)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential colleges and educational institutions

• Generate leads via calls, emails, social media & networking

• Deliver customized sales presentations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Follow up and close deals effectively

• Maintain CRM records and client data

• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms

• Ensure customer satisfaction & explore upselling opportunities

• Contribute to revenue growth and expansion strategy

✔ Strong willingness to learn and grow

✔ Prior sales experience is a plus (Freshers can apply)
