Job Description
At Closer, we work with some of the most exciting brands in the Skincare, Wellness & Fitness space, helping them grow through Influencer Marketing & UGC Ads. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a driven Business Development & Sales Manager to fuel our next phase of growth.
Experience: 1–3 years in Business Development / Sales (preferably in Influencer Marketing, Advertising, or Media)
Location: Connaught Place, Delhi (On-site)
Immediate Joining Preferred
Working Days: Mon to Sat (Saturdays WFH)
Compensation & Incentives
Competitive fixed CTC + highly rewarding performance-based bonus structure
Direct incentives linked to deals closed and revenue generated
About the Role :
As a Business Development & Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals. You’ll play a key role in expanding Closer’s brand portfolio and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Influencer Marketing & UGC Ads
- Pitch Closer’s services and craft tailored proposals for brands
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of brands.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with the Client Servicing team for smooth onboarding and execution
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and optimize sales strategies
What We’re Looking For :
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Influencer Marketing agency
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of digital & influencer marketing
- Excellent communication, pitching & negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused
