Role Description The Sales Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Akola. This role involves overseeing daily sales activities, supporting the sales team, and ensuring targets are met through effective planning and execution. The specialist will manage client accounts, track performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and coordinate follow-ups with customers and prospects. Responsibilities include guiding team members, providing product and process training, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also requires close collaboration with management to implement sales strategies, streamline workflows, and drive revenue growth.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction and effective presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Account Management skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support client retention.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to coach team members, conduct onboarding, and support ongoing capability development.
- Experience in sales or financial services, preferably in a supervisory or specialist role.
- Ability to work on-site in Akola, manage multiple priorities, and use CRM or sales management tools effectively.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
