Job Description
Are you a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for reshaping education? Rancho Labs is looking for dynamic Business Development Interns to be the driving force behind our mission. This isn't just a "calling" job—it’s an opportunity to promote cutting-edge tech like Robotics and AI while mastering the art of the deal.
Daily Responsibilities
Drive Revenue & Impact: Connect with parents over calls to act as a consultant, helping them understand how our Robotics and AI courses can future-proof their child's education.
CRM Mastery: Manage and optimize the sales funnel using industry-standard CRM tools, ensuring no lead is left behind.
Pipeline Management: Take ownership of your lead pipeline, tracking the journey from first contact to successful enrollment.
Strategic Pitching: Collaborate with the team to create compelling presentations that communicate the value of STEM education.
Effective Negotiation: Hone your skills by addressing parent concerns, providing tailored solutions, and closing deals to meet growth targets.
Market Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, helping us pivot our strategies in a fast-paced startup environment.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for every student we onboard.

Excellent Communication: You can explain complex tech concepts (like AI) in a way that gets parents excited.
Growth Mindset: You are a self-starter who views "no" as a step toward a "yes."
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software or a quick ability to learn new digital tools.
Passion for Education: A genuine desire to create an impact in the EdTech space.

The company offers a range of programs tailored for students from Grades 3 to 12, including workshops, long-term courses, and summer camps. These programs focus on hands-on learning, enabling students to build real-world projects like traffic light systems, chatbots, and clap-activated lamps. Rancho Labs has delivered over 100,000 hours of learning, trained more than 30,000 students, and facilitated the development of over 250 innovations. The company operates both online and offline, with locations across Delhi, including IIT Delhi, Saket, and Gurugram.
