Job Title: Business Development Executive (Freshers)

Location: Precision Path Lab & Jaipur Molecular Lab

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives (Freshers) to join our team. This role is perfect for motivated graduates who are eager to build a career in healthcare sales, marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and collection centers.
Manage the sales funnel including calls, demos, follow-ups, and deal closures.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain and track daily/weekly activities using simple CRMs or trackers.
Represent the labs at local events, CMEs, and outreach activities to promote services.

Who Can Apply

Fresh graduates (any stream) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates who are proactive, target-driven, and willing to travel for fieldwork.
Interest in healthcare, diagnostics, and business development will be an added advantage.
