Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer located in Ernakulam. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business, creating strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with clients. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing business needs, preparing reports, and contributing to the financial growth and sustainability of the institution. The position requires effective communication, collaboration with internal teams, and responsiveness to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and establishing strategic partnerships
• Strong Analytical Skills and Financial acumen
• Effective Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer Service skills to manage and build long-term client relationships
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of the education sector and regulatory environment will be an advantage
